How Our Installation Process Works

Here’s a clear breakdown of what to expect when you choose our supply & installation service:

Choose Your Products Online

Give us approximate measurements and choose the product options via email. Your sales agent will quote you for the windows/doors and agree a fitting price with you

Step 01

Property Survey & Final Measurements

After placing your order, a member of our team will schedule a visit to your property. We'll confirm all measurements, assess site conditions, and identify any potential fitting challenges — ensuring everything is perfectly prepared for manufacturing.

Step 02

Manufacturing And Delivery

Your made-to-measure windows and doors will be expertly made to the highest standards. Once ready, we’ll arrange a convenient delivery date and keep you updated every step of the way. The delivery date may be before the fitting date.

Step 03

Professional Installation

Our qualified installation team will arrive on the agreed date to install your new units efficiently and with minimal disruption. We take great care in preserving your home’s character and cleanliness throughout the process.

Step 04

Waste Removal & Site Clean-Up

If required we remove and responsibly recycle your old windows, doors, and any associated waste. This is at extra cost and should be agreed with the fitters when they come to survey.

Step 05

Certification & Guarantee

Once the installation is complete, you’ll receive all relevant documentation, including the warranty. If applicable, in due course you’ll also receive a FENSA certificate. You'll also receive an insurance certificate that protects your 10 year warranty if we cease trading

Step 06

Important Information

📄 Terms & Conditions apply to all installations and guarantees. We strongly advise reviewing our Installation Terms & Conditions before placing your order.

We’re committed to providing clear and transparent service at every stage. If you’re unsure whether your property or product qualifies for installation, contact us before ordering — we’re here to help.
